[摘要] 目的 探讨社会支持对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响。 方法 选取101例乳腺癌术后患者作为研究对象，首先采用领悟社会支持量表进行评分，根据评分结果分别进行幸福感指数量表和生存质量测评量表评分。结果 B组的幸福感指数量表得分显著高于A组(P<0.05)；B组的生存质量测评量表评分显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 社会支持能提高乳腺癌患者术后的生存质量，可作为乳腺癌术后患者的一种有效干预模式。
